Zumba RISE: Dance. Rise. Empower.

Join us for an energising evening of movement, connection, and empowerment at Zumba RISE, led by the amazing Krishma from KC Dancing Stars! This uplifting session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, boost your energy, and release anything that’s been holding you back—through the joyful power of dance.

Hosted by Nimi, your local Wolf Pack Leader, this is more than just a Zumba class—it’s a space for women and young people (16+) to come together, rise as a community, and feel empowered through mindful movement. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just want to have fun and move your body, everyone is welcome!

🕖 Please arrive by 6:50pm so we can start promptly at 7pm.

🍽️ We recommend avoiding a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the session.

👟 Wear comfy clothes, suitable trainers, and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
